SKI CLUB 2010 MEMBERS:
We have 40 students signed up for 2010! Ski Club dates will be announced soon, but we hope to have one trip before Christmas, weather permitting! We will leave DeSales at 3:15 pm, expecting to arrive at Holiday Valley by 5 pm. The bus will leave Holiday Valley at 10 pm promptly for the return to DeSales, expecting to arrive at DeSales by 11:15 pm. The bus will cost will be $150 for 8 trips to Holiday Valley. Please be sure to notify Mr. Napoli at 830-3789 if you are not attending on any week. Also, please call if you are going to be late......we will leave promptly at 3:15 pm! Please be sure to make your checks out to DeSales Catholic School and the deadline is 12/1. We have to prepay the bus cost to Grand Tours to get the quoted bus cost. There will be bottled water and snacks on the bus.
Don't forget .....there are (1) hour long ski lessons included with your pass and the scheduled time for DeSales students is 6:30 pm.

For
six weeks in January and February, DeSales
Middle School students
have the opportunity to experience the outdoor fun of skiing and snowboarding. DeSales students board a coach bus after school and travel to the slopes at HOLIDAY VALLEY in Ellicottville NY on Friday evenings. This is one of the top rated ski resorts in the East and the staff at HOLIDAY VALLEY is very friendly and accommodating
to the needs of our youngsters. Rental equipment is available
at Holiday Valley, or from SNOW FLAKE SKI
SHOP on Transit Road in Lockport (716-434-7045). They
have terrific rates on rental packages for our DeSales
students, and their staff is great with the kids.
The package price for Ski Club includes a student's
lift ticket, lessons, and transportation. Beginner
skiers and snow boarders are always welcome to join.
Safety for our children is our main priority and the students are chaperoned by DeSales parent volunteers. We want their
experience on the slopes to be a memorable one.
