DeSales Students Vote for Lunch

Elementary students at DeSales Catholic School studied the voting process in the weeks leading up to Election Day.  The purpose of this activity was to introduce students to the importance of voting and the voting process.

eSales students were asked to vote on an upcoming lunch choice; Taco in a Bag or French Toast Sticks and desert choice; M&M Cookie or Chocolate Pudding. 3rd grader Connor described his thoughts on voting; “You have to learn as much as you can about the choices before you vote.”  Addison, also a 3rd grader said “Choose what you feel is good.”
