JV Knights Win League Championship

The DeSales JV Knights won their league championship this weekend, defeating St. Greg's by 9 points in the semi-finals on Saturday and St. Christopher's by 15 points in the championship game on Sunday!

 Will Rahill made the most of his 12th birthday Saturday, finishing with 7 points and and 8 rebounds. J'lyn Darrell also led the Knights offensively, and had several key steals. On Sunday, the Knights were led offensively by Matt Schaffert, Andrew Mullane and Josh Upshaw. The Knights played tenacious defense all weekend, and each player contributed to the championship in his own way. A special congratulations goes out to Anthony Ruberto, Andrew Mullane, Josh Upshaw, Grant Harrer, Henry Murphy, J'lyn Darrell, Matt Schaffert, Matt Booth, Jeff Kaminsky and Will Rahill for taking down the championship! 

The Knights will close out their season this week at the Christ the King Tournament. Great job, guys!
